Great Hotel Experience

The staff was very accommodating, and they quickly replaced items. Room service was prompt, and cleanliness was maintained consistently. The hotel has parking available, useful given the busy area. The rooms finish was neat and modern. I loved that the rooms were modern, and the bathrooms were comfortable.

The pool is located on the seventh floor. Its proximity to the café and its smaller size were somewhat disappointing.

The front desk staff was helpful, displaying smiles consistently. Pritam was particularly cool, always smiling, and very helpful! Esther was lovely and exquisite, contributing to a very positive and cute atmosphere .

just adequate , i guess

faulty lockmagnetic stuff

my room key stopped working. i told the staff at reception , but they insisted i must have kept the card near something magnetic , like i'm an idiot. it turned out the batteries in the door lock needed replacement , a fact they discovered only after i argued with them for a while. it was inconvenient and , frankly , insulting.
